Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from Jade Academy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Jade Academy is operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], registered in England and Wales.

1. Products

Jade Academy sells two types of products:

• Predicted Papers — digital PDF documents containing predicted exam questions and mark schemes for GCSE, A Level, AS Level, IGCSE, and IAL qualifications
• Exam Sprint Courses — live online group revision sessions delivered via Google Meet, supported by digital resources via Google Classroom

2. Digital Product Delivery

Predicted papers are digital downloads. Upon successful payment via Stripe, you will receive an email from WooCommerce containing a secure download link. Downloads are available immediately after purchase.

• Download links expire after a set number of uses or time period as indicated at checkout
• No physical product is shipped
• You are responsible for saving your downloaded file. If you experience download issues, contact us at contact@jade.academy within 7 days of purchase

3. Refund Policy

Predicted Papers (Digital Downloads): Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers who purchase digital content waive their 14-day right to cancel once the download has commenced, provided they have acknowledged this at checkout. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Exam Sprint Courses: If you cancel your course booking more than 7 days before the first session, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session are not eligible for a refund, but you will receive access to all session recordings and resources. If we cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content sold or provided by Jade Academy — including predicted papers, mark schemes, model answers, course materials, workbooks, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Jade Academy and is protected by copyright.

• You may use purchased materials for your own personal study only
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, upload, or publish any Jade Academy content in any form without express written permission
• Sharing download links with others constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and legal action

5. Disclaimer — Predicted Papers

Jade Academy's predicted papers are created by subject specialists using analysis of past papers, mark schemes, and examiner reports. They are intended as a revision and practice tool.

• Predicted papers are guidance only. We do not guarantee that any specific question or topic will appear in your actual examination
• Exam boards retain the right to set any content within their published specification
• Jade Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to AQA, Edexcel, OCR, or any other examination board
• Results achieved using our materials will vary depending on individual effort, prior knowledge, and other factors

6. Exam Sprint Courses — Attendance and Conduct

• Places are limited to a maximum of 10 students per cohort. Booking a place reserves your spot; it does not guarantee a specific tutor
• Students are expected to attend on time and engage respectfully with the tutor and other students
• Jade Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a session who is disruptive, without refund
• Session recordings are shared for the personal use of enrolled students only and must not be distributed

7. Age and Parental Consent

Jade Academy's products are intended for students aged 14 and over. Purchases made by individuals under the age of 18 must be made by a parent or guardian. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are either 18 or over, or that a parent/guardian has authorised the transaction.

8. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Jade Academy reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice; changes will not affect orders already placed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jade Academy's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-earnings claims.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
